Varieties
We produce the following main varieties: Modesto, Robada, Castle Bright, Berga Rouge, Gold Bart, and Orange Red.
Characteristics
Apricots are smaller than other stone fruits, and their flavor is mildly sweet, they have a bit of acidity and a silky finish. Their flesh is orangey.
History
Although their origin is not completely defined, they may have come from China, India, Armenia, and Persia
